In September of this year, our company defeated many competitors and won the bid to press the special hydraulic press for the 70MN blades of Shenyang Foundry Research Institute, which opened up new markets for our company in the die forging industry. The design institute attaches great importance to this project, communicates with users in time, and designs a new type of 70MN blade pressing special hydraulic press according to the user's specific requirements. The design task can be described as tight time and heavy tasks. The leaders of the hospital have grasped the implementation process of the project and focused on the project goal, carefully organized and made every effort to tackle the problem. Members of the project team took the responsibility of the day and night and dared to strive for the best in the world, and worked hard to optimize the design in terms of product weight and configuration. It took only 2 months to complete the design of the 70MN blade press hydraulic press. The task has not only been recognized by users, but also created favorable conditions for subsequent production and installation. Compared with the previous equipment, the new product is used as a special blade press and has the characteristics of large product size, high molding temperature, and long pressing time. The design team uses simulation technology to accurately simulate the blade pressing process according to the above process characteristics. And technological innovation not only solves the technical problems of high anti-biasing and centering performance requirements in the blade forming process, but also makes the design more reasonable and the overall configuration improves. This further reduces the cost of the product and makes the 70MN blade press hydraulic press more market competitive. .
