On September 15th, the local maritime department of Sheyang County received reports from the masses that they were reporting illegal private ferry on the Xinyanggang River in Yangxi Village, Teyong Town. The chief responsible person personally led law enforcement officers to the scene to investigate and handle the incident. Timely banned a private crossing.

The illegal crossing was illegally set up by a ferry from the original Ming Li Ferry of Huangjian Town, Tinghu District. The main reason for the illegal ferry was that the few people in Yangxi Village, Taiyong Town, took a few detours to work in Huangjian Town, opposite the river in the Tinghu District. Law enforcement officers immediately demanded the parties to stop the ferry transportation according to the provisions of Article 41 of the “Regulations on the Safety Management of Inland Ferry Ferry” (Decree No. 9 of 2014 of the Ministry of Communications) and use the illegal ferry for ferry to leave the site.
