Raw ore properties: The mine is a fine grain sand deposit. Heavy mineral ore mainly diamond, gold, zircon, titanium, iron ore, rutile, hematite, boehmite, garnet. The main light minerals are quartz , feldspar , mica , opal and the like. The diamond content in the ore is 1~6mg/m 3 . The average weight of diamond is 10.9~15.4mg, which is mainly concentrated in the grade of -4~1mm. The crystal quality is good. The crystal form is dominated by octahedron and rhombohedral dodecahedron.
Beneficiation process: The plant process consists of washing, rough selection and selection. The ore is subjected to coarse washing after two washings. The rough selection uses the jigging method. Jigging includes rough jigging, selected jigging and sweeping jigs. The rough selection jigging was selected by grading, the grading ratio was 2, and the selected materials were divided into -16+8mm, -8+4mm, -4+2mm, -2+1mm, -1+0.5mm, and five levels were selected. Later changed to non-graded sorting. The use of non-grading can reduce water consumption and save screening equipment . In order to ensure the recovery rate, the selected jigging is still selected by grade. The selection consists of oil selection, surface flotation, hand selection, X photoelectric selection, and hand selection. In addition to recycling the main product diamond, the plant also recycles by-product gold. Gold is recovered by amalgamation . Sorting index: The diamond recovery rate is about 98%.
