The team used high-conductivity graphene nanosheets and high-capacity black phosphorene nanosheets as electrode materials. With the aid of parallel cross-templates, a single-step filtration method was used to construct a highly conductive graphene/black laminate structure. Phosphine-patterned composite microelectrodes, which are applied to planar supercapacitors, exhibit high operating voltage (3V) and energy density (11.6 mWh/cm3) in ionic liquids. In addition, the planar supercapacitor still maintains good performance in a highly curved state. This device processing strategy is not only simple and easy, but in the device preparation process does not need to join the conventional metal current collector, internal interconnection or contact body, can build modular devices, and then obtain high capacity and output voltage.
