Coach Engine Common Faults and Troubleshooting Methods

<

First, the engine can not start

1. The starter speed is too low: The starting system should be checked and the starting speed must not be lower than 11r/min .

2. There is air in the oil supply system: 1. Check if the oil supply pipe connector is loose. Loosen the bleeder screw on the fuel filter assembly and use a hand pump to push the fuel until the spilled fuel is free of air bubbles. 2. Loosen the high-pressure fuel line connector at the fuel injector end and push the fuel with the manual pump until the spilled fuel does not contain any air bubbles.

3, fuel pipeline blocked: check the oil supply pipeline is smooth.

4. Obstruction of the fuel filter: Replace the spin-on filter element of the fuel filter / oil separation assembly.

5, the oil pump does not supply oil or intermittent supply: check the inlet pipe for leaks, the pump filter is blocked.

6, less fuel injection, no fuel injection or low fuel injection pressure: 1. Check the atomization of the injector. 2. Whether the injection pump plunger and the outlet valve are worn or stuck, and whether the plunger spring and the outlet valve spring are broken.

7, start the system failure, circuit wiring error or bad contact: check the wiring is correct and reliable. Insufficient battery power, bad starter carbon brush and commutator: charge the battery; repair or exchange, clean the surface of the commutator with wood sandpaper and blow the net.

8. Insufficient compression pressure: Replace the piston ring and replace the cylinder liner as appropriate. Excessive piston ring wear: check the cylinder valve clearance, valve spring, valve guide and valve seat seal, bad sealing should be grinding valve seat.

9, the fuel cut solenoid valve joints loose or dirty, corrosion: tighten, clean or replace.

10. Incorrect assembly: check and adjust.

Wrenching Machine

Rail Wrenching Machine is a tool used to provide grip and mechanical advantage in applying torque to turn objects-usually rotary fasteners, such as nuts and bolts-or keep them from turning. Higher quality wrenches are typically made from chromium-vanadium alloy tool steels and are often drop-forged. They are frequently chrome-plated to resist corrosion and for ease of cleaning.
Drilling rig automation is one of the key issues for the future of safe and economic drilling operations. Tripping, as well as casing and tubing running operations, represent the considerable amount of total rig time of more than 30%. These operations incorporate the risk of possible accidents due to the manual work involved.
