This machine is to separate the material that has same size but different specific gravity.It could achieve better effect to separate materials of different specific gravity after material pre cleaning and grading.

By separating,the bud seeds,moldy grain,blighted grain,smut grain,immature grain,broken seeds and stone could be removed.Fine cleaned grain and seeds has a remarkable increase in thousand seed weight,cleanliness,germination rate and uniformity.

It is suitable for gravity separator of kinds of cereal grain coffee bean,cocoa bean,peanuts,

corn beas,beans,rice,wheat,sesame,sorghum etc

The blow type grain separating machine consists of Material feeding system,Vibrating screen system,air adjusting system and power drive system


 

2.1.Material feeding system:Material feeding hopper is connected with the discharge outlet of bucket elevator to guarantee continuous material feeding evenly.

2.2.Vibrating screen system:Two layers of sieve panels are fixed on special wooden frame.Wooden frame are connected with vibrating frame by bolts.Vibrating frame is connected with air chamber by canvas.The canvas can close or lock the air to guarantee air power.

Vibrating screen system is the key part of blow type gravity separator.There is metal rib fixed on top of vibrating screen to help heavy material move upwards.Two dam boards are set on discharge outlet to separate different grade materials(fine materials,recycled materials and defective goods.On opposite side of feeding hopper,there is a stone outlet.Vibrating screen are fixed on vibrating frame by bolts,it can be unfixed to clean,repair and change if necessarily.

 

             

Vibrating frame are supported by four groups of spring strips.Spring strips are fixed on spring support plate.The dip angle of vibration screen are adjusted by bolts on sloping steel angle.Vibration screen is reciprocating vibration by eccentric gear.

 

2.3.air adjusting system:

air adjusting system consists of air casing,air shield and air adjusting handle.air are sucked in by air casing from the airows on machine base seat and are discharged to air chamber.air are distributed by wire netting to make the air evenly on vibration screen.

Air volume is controlled by air shield through air adjusting handle,turn down the air inlet,the air volume decrease;turn up the air inlet,the air volume increases.

 

2.4.Power drive system.

Power drive system consists of two motors and four v-belts.The main motor drive draught fan through two v-belts; Frequency motor drive the eccentric shaft to make the vibration screen reciprocating vibration through connecting rod.The vibration frequency is adjusted by frequency transformer.

  

 

3.Working principle and processing

It is based on the difference of specific gravity between fine grain and bad grain,the material and working table is dong relative motion by screen reciprocating vibration,while the material of different specific gravity is separated by air flow from air chamber.3.Working principle and processing

The material is falling on gravity separator screen working table from bucket elevator,basically by the effect of reciprocating vibration and air flow,material of heavy specific gravity sinks to the bottom and contact to the screen surface, under the action of friction force,this part material move upwards and slide down along the screen slope to fine material zone and discharged from the outlet; while material of light gravity float on the material surface.under the action of air force and gravity,this part material moves towards detective material zone and be discharged from outlet.The rest of the material as recycle material is discharged from the middle outlet to the bucket elevator and begin a new screening process.
