On December 17th, the reporter of “Daily Economic News” was informed that Jiang Xixiang, general manager of sales/networking department of former Chrysler (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. officially joined Harley-Davidson as the new president of Harley-Davidson (Shanghai) Trading Company.

According to Harley-Davidson's personnel arrangement, Jiang Xixiang will take over the position of Hua Sidi and be solely responsible for managing and expanding the business operations of Harley-Davidson China. Former President Hua Sidi had extended his term of office to help Harley-Davidson make significant progress in China's operations, and will now return to the United States to join Harley-Davidson's international team.

It is understood that Jiang Xixiang holds a master's degree in business administration from the United States Thunderbird Gavin International School of Management and a doctorate from the American University of Washington, DC, USA. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Jiang Xixiang served as vice president of sales for the ADP dealership service group in the Asia-Pacific region and was responsible for customer management and business development in the region.

Prior to this, Jiang Xixiang served at Chrysler Automotive Co., one of the top three automakers in the United States, and worked for 11 years at the company's Detroit headquarters's International Marketing Department. During this period, Mr. Jiang was mainly responsible for the business in the Asia Pacific region. He served as national manager of Australia and New Zealand, and later served as national manager in China and Taiwan. He was eventually stationed in Beijing as Chrysler (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. The general manager of the company's sales/networking department.
